There is no difference — "carbonless copy paper" and "NCR (No Carbon Required) paper" are the same product. Both use micro-encapsulated dye on the back of the top ply (CB) and a clay coating on the front of the bottom ply (CF) to create instant copies without carbon sheets.
Yes. We offer custom color printing on carbonless sheets — one- or two-color offset printing with Pantone matching. Minimum quantity for custom print is 2 tons per SKU. Unprinted carbonless sheets can be ordered with no minimum beyond our standard MOQ.
Absolutely. We offer free A4 sample packs in 2-part, 3-part, and 4-part configurations. Just pay shipping (or we can cover it for orders above 2 tons). Request via our contact page.
Our standard MOQ is 1 ton per specification (approx. 20,000 A4 sheets for 3-part carbonless copy paper). For trial orders, we accept 0.5 ton at a 5% surcharge. Custom sizes with standard colors require no extra premium.
Our carbonless copy pages maintain readable image density (above 0.85 D) for over 15 years in normal office storage (20–25°C, 40–60% RH). For archival requirements, we recommend our premium-grade formulation which exceeds 25-year retention.
We accept T/T wire transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight (for orders above $10,000), and PayPal for sample/freight payments. For repeat customers with good credit, net 30 terms can be considered.
We ship FOB Shenzhen, CIF to Los Angeles / Long Beach, or DDP to any US address. Typical sea freight to LA is 22–26 days. For urgent orders, air freight (3–5 days) is available via DHL or FedEx. We consolidate multiple SKUs into one pallet to optimize your freight cost.
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM services — your logo on ream wrappers, carton boxes, and pallet labels. We can also print your company name and SKU numbers on each sheet (static or sequential numbering). MOQ for OEM packaging is 3 tons.
