Self carbonless paper (also known as NCR paper) is a coated paper that transfers marks from the top sheet to the sheets below without the need for carbon inserts. It uses micro-encapsulated dye and a reactive clay coating. Kingcolor manufactures all three grades: CB (Coated Back), CFB (Coated Front & Back), and CF (Coated Front).
We offer a wide range from 45gsm to 62gsm. Standard sizes include 8.5"x11", 11"x17", and custom roll widths. Our OEM program allows us to match your exact specifications with minimal lead time.
You provide the specifications (size, packing, labeling, paper grade). We create a sample for approval. After approval, we proceed with mass production. We can also assist in designing custom packaging for your brand.
For stock sizes, our MOQ is 1 pallet (approx. 500 kg). For custom OEM orders, it depends on complexity, but we keep it flexible to help you manage inventory risk. Contact us to discuss your target volume.
