Our standard MOQ for custom-printed rolls is 5,000 rolls per SKU (same size & design). For unprinted/stock rolls, MOQ can be as low as 1,000 rolls. If you need a lower MOQ for a trial run, contact us — we can often accommodate 2,000–3,000 rolls for first-time buyers.
Yes. We provide free samples (you pay shipping) of our standard thermal paper rolls. For custom printed samples, we charge a nominal setup fee, fully refundable upon your first order. Request your sample via the form below or email deborra@dcolorpaper.com.
Standard production is 15–18 business days after artwork approval. We offer an expedited service (10 business days) for an additional 10% rush fee. Sea freight takes 20–28 days to USA ports; air freight takes 5–7 days door-to-door.
Absolutely. We manufacture rolls for Epson, Star Micronics, Bixolon, Zebra, Citizen, Honeywell, and all major POS terminals. Common sizes: 57mm x 40mm (2¼″ x 1½″), 80mm x 80mm (3⅛″ x 3⅛″), and 76mm x 80mm. If you have a unique size, we can produce it.
Yes. We ship DDP to all 50 states. The price you see includes all duties, taxes, and freight to your warehouse door. No hidden fees. We also offer FOB Shenzhen if you prefer to arrange your own logistics.

We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, and PayPal (for sample orders). For first-time customers, a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is standard. Long-term clients may apply for net-30 terms after 3 successful orders.
