Carbonless paper uses micro-encapsulated dye (CB coating) on the back of the top sheet and a reactive clay (CF coating) on the front of the bottom sheet. Pressure from writing or impact printing breaks the capsules, transferring the image instantly. No carbon sheets required.
We produce standard US sizes (8.5”×11”, 11”×17”) and any custom dimension up to 17”×22”. We support 2-part, 3-part, 4-part, 5-part, and 6-part collated sets with custom color sequences (white, yellow, pink, green, blue).
CB (Coated Back) transfers the image to the sheet below. CF (Coated Front) receives the image from above. CFB (Coated Front & Back) acts as a middle sheet — receiving from above and transferring to below. We engineer each layer for optimal imaging.
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 reams for stock sizes. For custom sizes or specialized collating, the MOQ starts at 300 reams. We also offer trial packs and sample kits (free, you pay shipping) to validate quality before committing.
