It is a clear, self-adhesive label material made from a transparent film (often PET or BOPP) coated with permanent or removable adhesive and backed with a release liner. It is designed to be virtually invisible when applied to a surface, making it ideal for clear barcode labels, price tags, and brand stickers.
Yes, we offer both direct thermal (top-coated) and thermal transfer versions. For most thermal barcode printers, the thermal transfer variant works best. We recommend a wax/resin ribbon for excellent durability on clear films.
We stock three main types: Permanent (general industrial use), Removable (retail and temporary labeling), and Freezer-grade (for frozen food and cold chain). All meet FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.
