Most standard POS printers (Epson TM-T88, Star SP700) use 80mm wide x 80mm diameter x 12mm core (3 1/8″ x 3″ x 1/2″). For portable or receipt-only printers, 57mm x 48mm x 12mm core is common. Check your printer manual or measure the current roll for width, diameter, and core size. Kingcolor offers free sample kits to confirm fit before you order in bulk.
Yes. All Kingcolor thermal POS papers are BPA-free and BPS-free by default. We also comply with FDA 21 CFR 176.170 for incidental food contact, making them safe for restaurant and grocery use. Independent lab reports are available upon request.
Our MOQ for standard rolls is 2,000 rolls per size. For custom OEM printing or packaging, MOQ is 5,000 rolls. Lead time: 7–15 days for production (depending on customization). For standard stock rolls in our U.S. warehouse, we ship within 24–48 hours.
We ship via sea (LCL/FCL) and air freight from Shenzhen, or ground from our Los Angeles / New Jersey warehouses. Shipping costs for bulk orders start from $0.12/kg for sea freight. For urgent needs, we offer cost-sharing air freight programs. Request a quote for a precise shipping budget.
