What is the minimum order quantity for custom thermal paper rolls?
For standard sizes (80x80mm) we have no MOQ – you can order 1 case. For fully customized (printed core, special perforation) MOQ is 5,000 rolls per size. We also offer sample rolls for $10 + shipping, refundable with first order.
How do you ensure BPA-free & FDA compliance for US market?
All our thermal paper uses BPA-free coating, verified by third-party SGS. We provide FDA compliance declaration for each batch. Medical-grade papers meet USP
What are your shipping terms for USA buyers?
We offer EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP (door-to-door). Our DDP price includes all duties and taxes – you pay zero extra. Typical transit: 7–12 days air express, 18–25 days sea freight. We also keep a buffer stock in Los Angeles for urgent orders.
Can you do custom printing on rolls? (brand name, logo)
