Direct thermal labels use a heat-sensitive coating that darkens when printed — no ribbon needed. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon and works on synthetics. Self adhesive thermal labels are typically direct thermal, ideal for shipping, barcodes, and short-to-medium shelf life. We supply both types.
Yes. Our labels are optimized for all major direct thermal printers (Zebra, Honeywell, SATO, Toshiba, Brady). We test for consistent blackness at 6–12 ips and provide printer profile settings on request.
Absolutely. We offer permanent, removable, ultra-removable, freezer-grade, and high-tack adhesives. Just specify your substrate (glass, corrugate, plastic, or metal) and we’ll recommend the right peel adhesion (typically 5–25 N/25mm).
For standard sizes (4″×6″) MOQ is 20,000 labels. For custom sizes/colors MOQ starts at 50,000 labels. However, we also offer a low-volume trial pack (5,000 labels) for qualification — ask our team.
We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning all duties, taxes, and freight are included in one price. You receive the labels at your warehouse with no surprises. Typical transit time to the US is 12–18 days by sea.
Yes, we provide free samples (up to 50 pcs per size) plus a QC test report. You only pay for express shipping if you need expedited (FedEx/DHL). Samples are dispatched within 48 hours.
