We primarily use high-quality direct thermal paper, matte polypropylene (PP), glossy PP, and vinyl. Thermal paper is the most popular choice for return address labels because it requires no ink or toner, prints clearly on thermal printers (like Zebra, Datamax), and is cost-effective for high-volume runs.
The most common size is 0.5" × 1.75" (12.7mm × 44.5mm) for single-line addresses. We also supply 0.75" × 2.5", 1" × 2.625", and 1" × 4" formats. Custom sizes are always available without tooling charges — you’re not limited to stock dimensions.
