Self adhesive postage labels (also called thermal shipping labels) consist of three layers: a facestock (usually 80 gsm thermal paper), a permanent or removable acrylic adhesive, and a siliconized release liner. Kingcolor uses top-grade 80 gsm bright white paper for optimal barcode contrast and a hot-melt adhesive that bonds instantly to corrugated cardboard, plastic, and even dusty surfaces.
We stock all standard US sizes: 4x6 inch (101x152mm), 4x8 inch, 3x5 inch, and 2x4 inch. Core sizes: 1 inch (25.4mm) and 3 inch (76.2mm). Custom sizes from 10x10mm up to 300mm wide available with 48h artwork setup. Minimum order quantity for custom sizes: 500 rolls.
