A self adhesive polyester label uses a polyester (PET) film face stock combined with a permanent acrylic adhesive. Unlike paper labels, polyester offers water resistance, UV stability, chemical tolerance, and high-temperature endurance (up to 150°C). Compared to vinyl, polyester is thinner, stronger, and more dimensionally stable, making it ideal for applications where label curl, shrinkage, or smearing is unacceptable.
