Register thermal paper is a heat-sensitive paper used in POS (point-of-sale) terminals, credit card machines, and cash registers. It has a special coating that turns black when heat is applied — no ink or ribbon needed. Kingcolor's thermal paper uses a high-grade top-coating that produces crisp, legible receipts and protects against fading from light, oil, and moisture.
Yes. Our standard register thermal paper is BPA-free and BPS-free. We also offer formulations that comply with California AB-1200, Washington SB 5175, and the EU REACH regulation. Third-party test reports are available upon request. If BPA-free compliance is critical for your market, please specify during inquiry and we will provide the corresponding certification documents.
We welcome sample orders. Free samples (up to 5 rolls) are available for qualified buyers — you only pay the shipping cost. For standard production, MOQ is 1,000 rolls per SKU for blank rolls, and 2,000 rolls per SKU for custom-printed OEM rolls. We also offer a "trial container" (mix of 3-5 SKUs) for new distributors.

The most common sizes are: 80mm (3 1/8″) x 80m with 12mm core for Epson, Star, and HP POS systems; 57mm x 40m with 12mm core for kitchen printers; and 3 1/8″ x 230′ for Verifone/Ingenico terminals. Absolutely. Our OEM printing service allows you to have your logo, brand name, website, or promotional message printed on the reverse side of the thermal paper. We use food-safe, non-toxic inks. Common print colors are green, blue, red, and black. The printing does not affect the thermal sensitivity on the front side.
We stand behind every roll. Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects, coating issues, and dimensional inaccuracies for 90 days from the date of receipt. We also assign a dedicated account manager who speaks English and is available on WhatsApp during your business hours.
