NCR (carbonless) paper uses microencapsulated dye to transfer images under pressure — no ink or ribbon needed. It's used for multipart forms (invoices, delivery notes). Thermal paper uses a heat-sensitive coating for direct thermal printing (receipts, labels). They serve different applications and are not interchangeable. We manufacture both.
Check your printer's specifications for roll width, roll diameter, and core size. Common widths are 3.5″ (for POS) and 8.5″ (for A4/letter forms). If you are printing custom invoices, we recommend a 3″ core with 360 ft length for high-volume efficiency. We offer free sample rolls to test your machine.
Yes. We specialize in custom collated sets. You can specify the color sequence (white/canary/pink), the coating type (CF/CB/CFB), and the sheet size. We also offer recarbonization for extended form sets. MOQ for custom collations is typically 200 rolls per line item.
For standard stock sizes (3.5″ x 180 ft, 8.5″ x 360 ft), our MOQ is 50 rolls for sampling. For full container orders (20GP / 40HQ), we can mix NCR rolls with thermal rolls to reach the container load. Contact us for a volume price break.
