1. Is the paper roll 80x80 compatible with all POS printers?
Most standard 80mm thermal printers (Epson, Star, HP, Zebra) accept 80x80 rolls with a 12.7mm core. We also offer 17mm and 25.4mm cores for specific models. Send us your printer model and we’ll confirm compatibility within 1 hour.
2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom printed rolls?
For standard blank rolls, MOQ is just 500 rolls. For custom-printed (logo, text, or barcode) MOQ starts at 1,000 rolls. We also offer trial samples of 50 rolls at a nominal cost (refunded on first order).
3. How do you ensure the paper doesn’t fade or turn yellow?
Our thermal top-coating is formulated with anti-UV and anti-humidity stabilizers. In accelerated aging tests, text remains legible for 7+ years when stored in a cool, dry environment. We provide a fade-resistance guarantee for 2 years after purchase.
4. What shipping methods do you offer to the USA?
We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), air express (FedEx/DHL), or sea freight (LCL/FCL). Most US customers choose DDP — no customs clearance hassle, no duty surprise. Typical transit: 5–8 days air, 18–25 days sea.
