We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C, and PayPal for smaller orders. For new accounts, we require 30% deposit / 70% before shipment. For established US customers, net 30 terms may be available after credit review.

Yes. All our NCR paper is FSC certified, RoHS compliant, and meets ASTM D4298 for imaging performance. We also follow FDA guidelines for potential food contact applications. Customs clearance is smooth with full documentation.

We maintain a less than 0.5% defect rate. In the rare case of a quality issue, we will replace the entire batch at our cost, including shipping. Our QC report is sent with every shipment for your verification.

For most orders, we recommend DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) sea freight – we handle all duties and local delivery to your warehouse. Air freight is available for urgent needs (3–5 day transit).
