You’ll need CB (coated back), CF (coated front), and optionally CFB (coated front & back) sheets or rolls. CB paper transfers the image, CF paper receives it, and CFB acts as an intermediate layer. Kingcolor supplies all three types in custom sizes and grammages — just tell us your form design.
Yes, most modern laser and inkjet printers can handle carbonless paper with the right settings. We recommend using 55–75 gsm CFB paper in letter or legal size. Kingcolor provides a free print settings guide for over 50 printer models (HP, Canon, Brother, Ricoh, etc.).
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 forms per design, but we accommodate smaller runs starting at 500 forms for new clients or pilot projects. For custom rolls, MOQ is 2 rolls per specification. No hidden setup fees.
Standard production takes 5–7 business days for sheets and 7–10 business days for rolls. Expedited production (3–5 days) is available for an additional 15% rush fee. Shipping to the US takes 3–5 days via DHL/FedEx or 7–12 days via sea freight.
