For standard sizes (e.g., 80mm×80mm), our MOQ is 50 rolls. For custom OEM orders (branded boxes, special grid), we typically require 500–1000 rolls per size. We always offer free A4 or small roll samples first.
We test every production batch for thermal sensitivity (mJ/mm²), print darkness (optical density ≥1.2 D), and grid registration (±0.5mm). Our paper is also coated for anti-static and low-friction to prevent jams.
