For US procurement managers, the cheapest label roll often leads to expensive downstream failures. Here are the real costs eating into your budget:
Inferior thermal coatings create abrasive dust that wears down printheads. Replacement costs $250–$600 per head, plus 4+ hours of downtime.
Poorly formulated adhesives cause edge-lift, flagging, and rework. A Fortune 500 logistics client reported 3.7% rework rate—costing over $120k annually.
Splice breaks and uneven tension in cheap rolls cause unexpected downtime. 14% of all packaging line stoppages are traced back to label roll defects.
If you're facing these issues, you're not saving money—you're leaking it.
Founded in 1993, Shenzhen Kingcolor Paper Co., Ltd. is not a trading company—we are a full-stack OEM/ODM manufacturer with 30+ years of polymer and coating expertise. Our DuraPrint™ series is designed specifically for high-throughput US industrial environments.

Durability comes from three factors: a high-quality face stock (e.g., polyimide or top-coated thermal), a permanent acrylic/rubber adhesive engineered for the environment, and a protective top-coating if needed. Kingcolor tests each batch for peel, shear, and UV resistance.
Yes. Kingcolor is an OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can customize face stock (PP, PE, Polyimide, Matte/Glossy), adhesive type (removable, permanent, high-tack, freezer-grade), liner, and die-cut shape. We even offer custom printing of barcodes and variable data.
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 sq.ft for stock materials, and 5,000 sq.ft for specialty materials. However, we offer sample rolls (500–1,000 labels) for testing and qualification before you commit to a bulk order.
We have a 3-stage QC protocol: (1) Incoming raw material testing, (2) In-line vision inspection during coating/slitting, (3) AQL sampling before shipment. We maintain a defect rate of less than 0.01% and provide a Certificate of Analysis with every order.
For standard orders: 12–18 days via air freight, 28–32 days via sea. For clients enrolled in our US Ready-to-Ship program (Los Angeles), we can deliver stock labels within 5–7 business days.
