For extreme heat (wave soldering, powder coating), we recommend polyimide (Kapton) with silicone adhesive, rated up to 300°C continuous. For lower heat (80–120°C), a polyester (PET) with acrylic adhesive works well.
Yes. We offer both custom pre-printing (flexo/UV) and blank rolls optimized for thermal transfer printing. We can also apply variable data, sequential numbering, and RFID/NFC tags.
