Direct from Shenzhen KingColor (est. 1993) — Reduce procurement costs by up to 40%, enjoy DDP shipping to the USA, and get certified labels engineered for harsh environments.
Industrial procurement is under constant pressure to cut costs without cutting corners. But when labels fail, the hidden costs pile up fast.
Labels that peel off oil drums, powder-coated parts, or cold storage bins cause rework and safety compliance risks. Standard adhesives weren’t built for industrial conditions.
Middlemen and small converters charge heavy premiums for custom sizes and specialty materials. Your budget takes a hit on every order.
Incoterms confusion, split shipments, and unexpected brokerage fees turn overseas sourcing into a headache. Every delay costs production uptime.
Thermal transfer barcodes that smudge or fade render your inventory system unreliable. Barcode scanners can’t read what isn’t there.
Minimum order quantities of 10,000+ rolls force you to overstock slow-moving SKUs, tying up cash flow and warehouse space.
Result: U.S. manufacturers lose an estimated $43 billion annually to labeling-related inefficiencies. (Source: IRL / MHI 2025 Supply Chain Survey)
With a 30,000-square-meter factory, 15 high-speed coating lines, and an in-house R&D lab, KingColor delivers what most label converters can’t — truly custom industrial solutions at factory-direct pricing.
Eliminate the middleman. Our vertical integration (from coating to slitting) lets you save 30–40% compared to specialty label distributors.
Choose from 50+ face stocks and 20+ adhesive chemistries. Need a label that bonds to LDPE or survives a 300°C wave solder bath? Our engineers will formulate it.
Standard production: 10–15 business days. Express: 5–7 days. We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the USA — no surprises at customs.
ISO 9001:2015, UL 969, RoHS, REACH, and FDA-compliant adhesives. Every roll is traceable from raw material to finished reel.

"We switched to KingColor for our MRO label supply. The first order alone saved us $127,000 annually — and the adhesive consistency is better than our previous US supplier."

"Their UL-certified polyimide labels passed our IPC-6012 qualification on the first try. No other vendor could deliver that level of quality in under 12 days."
"KingColor consolidated 6 different label SKUs into one custom run. Our inventory complexity dropped by 40% and we haven't had a single barcode read failure."
"The level of technical support is outstanding. KingColor sent a material engineer to our facility to test adhesion on our specific powder-coated parts. That’s real partnership."
"We've been importing labels from China for 7 years. KingColor is the only supplier who has never missed a shipping window. DDP terms make budgeting easy."
"I needed 500 custom rolls in 8 days for a new warehouse launch. KingColor delivered in 9 days — including custom printing. Saved my project timeline."
"Low MOQs that actually work for mid-size companies. I can order 500 rolls of a custom polyimide label without sitting on inventory for a year."
For extreme heat (wave soldering, powder coating), we recommend polyimide (Kapton) with silicone adhesive, rated up to 300°C continuous. For lower heat (80–120°C), a polyester (PET) with acrylic adhesive works well.
Yes. We offer both custom pre-printing (flexo/UV) and blank rolls optimized for thermal transfer printing. We can also apply variable data, sequential numbering, and RFID/NFC tags.
Lead time: 10–15 business days for standard orders. Express service (5–7 days) available. MOQ: as low as 1,000 pieces for sheets / 500 rolls for custom sizes. We work with you to find the right break.
Absolutely. Our polyimide and vinyl materials carry UL 969 recognition and are CSA accepted. We provide a traceable UL certification with every production lot.
We use specialized high-tack acrylic and rubber-based adhesives formulated for LSE surfaces. Our lab can perform peel tests on your actual material to validate performance before mass production.
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C, and for qualified buyers — net 30 terms after 2 successful orders. PayPal is available for sample payments.
