Carbonless (NCR) paper uses a micro-encapsulated chemical coating to transfer images without carbon sheets — ideal for duplicate/triplicate records. Thermal paper is heat-sensitive and requires a thermal printer. Kingcolor supplies both, but carbonless is preferred for handwritten receipts, delivery dockets, and multi-part forms.
Absolutely. We offer 2-part, 3-part, 4-part, and 5-part sets in any custom size (roll or book). Common sizes: 57mm×60mm rolls, 76mm×70mm rolls, and book sizes from 4.25"×5.5" up to 8.5"×11". Just send your spec — we provide a free artwork proof within 48 hours.
For standard sizes, MOQ is 500 books or 100 rolls. For fully custom (size, numbering, perforation, logo), MOQ starts at 1,000 units. We can split sizes in one container to help you meet MOQ.
We use high-grade CB/CFB coatings sourced from Mitsubishi & Koehler. Each production lot undergoes 6 QC checkpoints: coating weight, image density, smudge test, curl test, perforation accuracy, and packaging integrity. We retain a 2-year archive of batch samples.
Custom production: 10–15 days after confirmation. Express (DHL/UPS): 3–5 days to US. Sea freight (FOB Shenzhen): 18–22 days. We also have a US West Coast warehouse that can ship within 3 days for select SKUs — ask your account manager.
Yes, we provide free A4 carbonless paper samples (blank) in 2–3 days via courier. For custom-printed samples, we charge a small setup fee (refundable with your first order). Just cover the shipping cost.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C at sight, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and for established partners — net 30 (upon credit approval). All payments are secured via our bank or platform.
