A3 NCR (No Carbon Required) paper is a coated paper that creates a duplicate image without messy carbon sheets. Micro-encapsulated dye (on the back of the top sheet) reacts with a clay coating (on the front of the bottom sheet) under pressure from writing or printing. It is available in 2-part, 3-part, 4-part, and 5-part sets.
Our standard MOQ for stock A3 sizes is 5 metric tons (approx. 1,000 reams). However, we offer trial orders of as little as 500 sheets for qualified buyers who want to test quality before committing to large volumes.

Sea freight from Shenzhen to major US ports (Los Angeles, New York, Savannah) typically takes 15–25 days depending on the port and carrier. Express air freight is available for urgent trial orders (3–5 days).
Absolutely. We have an in-house color matching lab. Send us a reference sample (approx. 10 sheets), and we can match your desired shade for standard pastel colors (canary, pink, green, blue). Custom PMS matching is also available for OEM orders.
We accept T/T bank transfer (most common for USA buyers), L/C at sight, and for established relationships, D/P or D/A terms. Secure online payment via credit card is available for small trial orders.
All reams are tightly wrapped in moisture-proof kraft paper, placed on heavy-duty pallets, and stretch-wrapped with corner protection. For sea shipments, we add an outer layer of waterproof polypropylene sheeting to prevent moisture ingress.
