Yes. Our 80mm thermal labels are direct-thermal media designed for all major printer brands (Zebra GK/GX/ZT, Honeywell PX/PDA, TSC, SATO, etc.). The top-coated surface ensures crisp, high-contrast barcodes at 203 and 300 dpi. If you're using a specific model, send us your printer info and we'll confirm compatibility.
For standard stock sizes (80×70, 80×100, 80×150 mm), MOQ starts at 10 rolls for sampling. For production orders with custom adhesive or core, MOQ is 500 rolls per size. We also offer a staggered delivery program — order 5,000 rolls and receive 1,000 per month to match your usage.
Samples are shipped within 2–3 working days via DHL / FedEx Express. Delivery to most US addresses takes 4–6 business days. Samples are free of charge (you pay shipping), and we include a test report showing adhesion, sensitivity, and scratch resistance.
Yes — we offer pre-printed thermal labels with your logo, barcode, or variable data using flexographic or thermal transfer printing. Minimum order for pre-printed is 5,000 rolls. Plain direct-thermal labels (no printing) ship faster and are more flexible for variable data printing at your facility.
Yes. For first orders we accept T/T (wire transfer) or L/C. For repeat customers with good payment history, we can extend net-30 terms (credit limit up to $25,000). We also accept credit card payments via PayPal for sample orders under $500.
Our top-coated thermal paper is formulated with high-stability leuco dyes and a protective overcoat. Under normal warehouse conditions (20–25°C, 40–60% RH), printed barcodes remain scannable for at least 3–5 years. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat above 50°C, or solvents.
We ship via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, and sea freight (LCL/FCL). Air express takes 5–7 days to most US cities. Sea freight (30–35 days) is cost-effective for orders above 20 pallets. All shipments include full tracking and insurance.
