2 ply printer rolls (carbonless paper) are used to create duplicate copies without carbon paper. Common in POS receipts, invoices, delivery orders, shipping manifestos, and medical forms. The top ply (CB) transfers the image to the bottom ply (CF) under pressure.
Our standard MOQ is 10 cartons (about 2,000 rolls) for OEM custom sizes and logo printing. For stock standard sizes, we accept as low as 5 cartons for first trial orders.
We ship FOB Shenzhen or CIF to major US ports (Los Angeles, Savannah, New York). We provide a landed cost estimate including freight, insurance, and duty estimate. For regular clients, we offer consolidated shipping to reduce per-unit freight by up to 22%.
Yes. We offer free samples (5–10 rolls) with just a shipping charge. Sample turnaround is 3–5 working days by DHL/UPS. We also provide a sample quality report with coating analysis.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C (irrevocable), and PayPal for smaller amounts. For established US clients, we offer net 30 terms after three successful orders.
Every batch undergoes 12 quality checks: coating weight, image density, curl test, moisture content, tensile strength, roll end-trim, core concentricity, and packaging integrity. We share a COA (Certificate of Analysis) with each shipment.
Standard stock sizes: 7–10 days after deposit. OEM orders: 15–18 days. Rush orders (express service): 10 working days with small surcharge.
